What happens when you put three Bahamian realtors in front of some jaw-dropping properties currently on the market? A whole lot of fun, a few “Are you serious?” moments, and some wildly different guesses. Let’s just say... not everyone was on the same page about these price tags. 😂
How It Works:
In each episode, our realtors face off, looking at photos of homes that are currently for sale. Their mission? Guess the price as accurately as possible, and let’s be honest—these properties keep them on their toes! Some of the guesses are spot on, and others… well, you just have to watch it to believe.
Why We’re Doing This:
We know real estate can seem all serious and intimidating sometimes, but we wanted to flip the script. The Bahamas real estate market is competitive, fascinating, and, frankly, a bit unpredictable—so why not make it fun? Whether you're new to buying or just love real estate content, this series will give you a taste of what the realtors see daily and how we approach pricing these stunning properties.

Our team of three is all smiles, jokes, and a lot of head-scratching. They're bringing their expertise and some healthy competition to the table, and let's just say that being a seasoned realtor doesn’t always help! The variety of perspectives gives you a behind-the-scenes peek at the thought process when evaluating a property.
